Defective product:

Our customers have a period of two working days on the date of receipt of the order to notify us of a possible problem on a product. Any order determined to be defective by the manufacturer will be subject to repair or complete replacement.


Like product:

It may be upon receipt of the product that the product is not totally the same as the photo of the product ordered. Due to the rapid evolution of technological products, our suppliers are evolving their offers and can stop producing their product catalog to leave new productions. If this happens, we send our customers an equivalent product with the same characteristics. If the customer refuses the product, he must return it to us at his expense in our premises.


Incorrect command:

The customer is responsible for checking the conformity of the package upon receipt of the latter. If the package does not correspond to his request, the customer has a period of two working days to reship the package to us. A replacement of the product or a voucher valid on our online store will be available within seven working days after receipt of the return package.


Color error:

If the color of the product received is not the one ordered, please contact our customer service to set up the return and exchange procedure for the product concerned. A replacement of the product will take place after receipt of the return package


Return shipment:

To avoid any loss in return packages, we ask our customers to return the package to us only by a professional carrier (UPS – Fedex – DHL).
